See this talented artist's new work for the Festival down at Silo 7 until to June 21. This is the first site specific photographic installation down at the Silo Park. Jennifer  Mason is an Auckland-born artist working in the medium of photography.

See full exhibitions now on in the Festival Calendar including the extensive range of Fringe exhibitions. From an exhibition starting at the Navy Musuem tomorrow in Devonport to the CBD with Hue and Saturation at Kura Gallery, and out to New Lynn with Humans of New Lynn at Upstairs Gallery or at LynnMall with Song of the Whau River, there is something to see near you. Including a great portrait of Cantabrians post the 2011 earthquake at Britomart Train Station, go check these out before they finish.

Talking Culture Sunday Series - June 16th

Free - at 3pm - Window to the Soul - This documentary is about the sense of vision and the act of seeing in a predominantly visual world through interviews with 19 people who suffer from different kinds of visual impairment. Interviewees include brazilian musician Hermeto Paschoal, German filmmaker Wim Wenderes and the blind Czech photographer Evgen Bavcar.`(Portuguese, English and German, with English subtitles). The Portfolio Reviews on 8th June were a success with two lucky reviewees winning a HP monitor, Nazar Abbas and Ronald Winstone. Congratulations!

Talks this week:  Sat 15th June at 1pm hear the veteran Auckland photographer Gil Hanly speak on Artists in Situ at The Pah Homestead.  Some great insights into the artists and people behind the work on show in this year's Festival.
