Above & Below

Two creative Auckland photographers, Judy Stokes and Gail Stent, explore the realms of Above and Below. Water playing an influential role in both of their lives, they as photographers are now continuously drawn to the powerful force inherent in this natural element.

Their photographs aren’t about capturing reality, but rather encourage the viewer to engage in an emotional awareness felt through the moment of time caught in the image….. Their creative and artistic photographic styles invite a “seeing the feeling!” experience.

Following their success in last year’s Festival of Photography, Above and Below will be an appealing contemporary exhibition of fine art photography. Photographs will be available for purchase at the exhibition.
