Butterfly Feelings is a collaboration between photographer David Smith and HighJinx Youth Company. The work captures moments of circus-art making around Auckland and provides a glimpse into the creative processes of young performing artists that usually remain unseen. The work explores themes of vulnerability, connection and imagination.
Throughout the weekend an installation will be performed by HighJinx, presenting an observable real-time creative process in the space.

Enjoy a showing of the creative work made in the space, and an artist talk by the photographer and the HighJinx Artistic Directors. The live installation will be performed by HighJinx across the entire exhibition with showings at both Artist Talks.
