This project continues and develops research initiated during the 2025 Auckland Festival of Photography (Sustain), evolving in response to the 2026 festival theme Movement [Kori]. Movement is explored both literally and conceptually, encompassing, environmental change, urban expansion, and shifting relationships between people, infrastructure, and land. The work examines environmental movement through intensive housing development, altered waterways, and fragile ecosystems across Tāmaki Makaurau.
