Tucked away in the industrial landscape of New Lynn is a small DIY label called Powertool Records, co-sited with Alien Records and the venue UFO, all started by Andrew Maitai back in 2001.
"This series reflects my experiences at Powertools, which is not always about epic rock moments, but about the people, many who are outsiders, creating a community and a space where they can be themselves."
