We are excited to partner with Anna Miles Gallery this year for the new show Ranui 135 by Auckland Pacific artist Edith Amituanai. Her new work builds on her portfolio to date which seeks to explore portraiture, which feature extended family and community. See Edith's bio. Opens Wednesday 19th June at 6pm. Don't miss it!

Talking Culture Series
Talks this week: Weds 19th June at 12pm to 1pm - Dating Photographs - a look at 19th century photographs and formats for family historians presented by Photograph Librarian Keith Giles at the Auckland Central Library. Friday 21st June at 10am to 12 meet artist Rachel Alford-Evans at Huia Foodstore for a talk on her show Blue Prints. Some great insights into the artists and people behind the work on show in this year's Festival.
Sunday Series June 23rd - Free - at 3pm - Shustak - Directed by Stuart Page. Why would a successful New York photographer leave his family, friends and career behind, and travel to the edge of the earth, Christchurch, New Zealand?
